Here at Eltham Yeti, there are wealth of tasty and nutritious vegan dishes that have developed for the diners who choose to avoid animal products in any way that are prepared using different methods of cooking like baking, boiling, frying etc. Here, we have brought for you some of the vegan dishes that you may try out.

Aloo Gobi

Aloo Gobi - meaning ‘potato cauliflower’ is a popular dish in the UK and is filled with much flavour that leaves you wanting more. Potato and cauliflower is cooked with mustard seeds, fresh coriander leaves, added with the popular spice cumin. The taste is tantalising.

Vegetable Biryani

The vegetable biryani is filled with immense flavour.  It is a luscious mix of Basmati rice and delicately flavoured vegetables, cooked to deliciousness.


This is probably the best known Indian Starter. It is a type of type of baked pastry with savoury fillings in a triangle shape. The fillings may include potatoes, onions and peas and minced meat. It is sometimes served with a chutney sauce.

Onion Bhaji

Indian Fritters, commonly recognised as 'Bhaji' are  the perfect vegan snacks. These are fried dishes generally made from a mixture of vegetables coated in a richly seasoned batter made from gram flour. Onion Bhaji is Onion slices marinated with fresh ginger, garlic and aromatic pickled spices. Much like the Samosas, it is sometimes served with a chutney sauce.
