Curry Dishes for Newbies

Although many people are interested in exploring Indian curries, but they are not familiar with them. You can order the heat level of Indian curries as hot, mild, or something in between. Korma

It is one of the most popular dishes among the curry newbies. It is originally from the area around the Nilgril mountain range where herbs and spices grow in abundance. This dish cooked in a thick creamy sauce, coconut and almonds, coconut milk and saffron. Butter Chicken

This dish is yet another relatively mild curry that is perfect for beginners. Barbecue chicken is cooked with butter, tomato puree, various spices, fresh cream, cashew nuts paste, fresh herbs and spices in a medium curry sauce.

Bhuna

If you are looking to be a little more adventurous, why not try a bhuna? This dish can be served with vegetables, prawn, lamb, chicken and lobster and features ginger, garlic and bhuna masala.

Madras

If you are looking to have something spicy then opt for a hot and spicy madras. This dish mixes chilli powder with yoghurt, giving a creamy yet spicy sauce. This dish can be served with vegetables, prawn, lamb and chicken.
